We are seeking a skilled data entry operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The data entry operator will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in our system.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as necessary
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entered
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry and quality control
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data processing and basic computer programming is a plus
