We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Website Management Specialist to join our team. This position involves managing our website, editing blog content, handling social media ad postings, responding to queries, and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring content is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance to improve website performance and user experience.
Blog Editing:
- Edit and publish blog posts, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly.
- Collaborate with writers to develop content strategies and topics that align with our audience’s interests.
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and manage social media ad campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and interaction on social media posts, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Query Responses:
- Respond to customer queries and feedback via email and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive online presence for the brand and enhance customer satisfaction.
Google Ads Management:
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and social media.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media tools.
