Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of sales experience (solar, electrical, batteries, renewable energy, or related industries preferred).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.

· Valid motorcycle/car driving license is preferred.

· Proficiency in English and Urdu.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

· Develop and expand the regional dealer and distributor network.

· Promote and sell the Company's energy storage products, including lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, and ESS solutions.

· Develop new customers while maintaining long-term relationships with existing dealers and clients.

· Conduct product presentations, market visits, and customer training.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Collect market information, analyze competitors, and provide regular market feedback.

· Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
