About Us
KC Energy (Pvt.) Ltd., a subsidiary of HWOO Group, is a fast-growing energy storage company specializing in lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, residential energy storage systems (ESS), and power solutions. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Energy Storage Technical Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Company's technical support and after-sales service for energy storage products, including hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and ESS.
- Organize and conduct technical training for engineers, sales teams, distributors, and customers.
- Perform product testing, commissioning, inspection, and quality verification.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults, providing timely solutions for customers and service partners.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Support product improvement by collecting field feedback and reporting technical issues to Headquarters.
- Provide technical support during product demonstrations, exhibitions, and major customer visits.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy storage, solar, inverter, lithium battery, UPS, or electrical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, ESS, and solar systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and technical training abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
- Good command of English and Urdu (Chinese language skills are an advantage).
