Graphic Designer

Hwa Packages is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating visually appealing designs for various packaging materials including shopping bags, food packaging, and promotional flyers. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW, with a strong emphasis on vector graphics and illustration. Responsibilities

Develop and create visually appealing designs for shopping bags, food packaging, and promotional flyers according to project specifications.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other vector graphics software to produce precise and scalable artwork for print and digital media.
Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Prepare and finalize artwork files for printing, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and format compliance with print standards.
Interpret client feedback and incorporate necessary revisions while maintaining the integrity and quality of original design concepts.
Maintain an organized workflow and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to established deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry developments to enhance the creativity and effectiveness of design work.
Ensure that all design outputs align with the companys brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Assist in the conceptualization and execution of new design ideas for product packaging and marketing materials.
Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to oversee production quality and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
