Store Manager

Hussain Traders is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of six staff members to achieve store targets and provide quality customer service.
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, auditing, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Manage the store budget, including expense tracking and cost control to ensure profitability.
Implement and utilize inventory management software to monitor stock movement and improve inventory accuracy.
Coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve store performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the store.
Drive continuous improvement in store processes by identifying operational challenges and proposing effective solutions.
