We are seeking a talented UX / UI Developer to join our team on a project-based/ permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and must also possess strong graphic design skills to ensure the designs are not only functional but aesthetically compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final design solutions.
Utilize graphic design principles to create visually engaging interfaces, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
Design responsive and accessible interfaces that work seamlessly across multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer.
Must have strong graphic design knowledge and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (Angular/ React, CSS) and how design translates into development.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and graphic elements like icons and images.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design and graphic design work, preferably for web and mobile applications.
