This role involves managing all project aspects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality health services for mothers and children.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans with timelines and budgets, overseeing construction and daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining 24/7 availability of medical supplies and staff, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, implementing quality assurance protocols, presenting regular status reports, and managing the project budget to mitigate financial risks.
