The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the creation and development of visual designs for various projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design principles, a passion for creativity, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop and produce visual content including marketing materials, social media post, banners, flyers, broachers and print designs. Assist in creating layouts, illustrations, and other design elements as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior designer, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to keep skills current and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
