Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records like personal folders (had files) and other relevant documents as required by the organization and in compliance with organizational requirements
  • Maintain personnel record (soft files) and database (in spreadsheet) of HDF staff and update from time to time
  • Facilitate processing of  recruitment, disciplinary actions and terminations according to the HDF policies and procedures
  • Responsible for preparation of staff contracts, renewals
  • Organize and provide orientation to newly inducted staff
  • Ensure that exit procedure is followed as per HDF Policy
  • Manage and advise managers on recruitment and selection, ensuring full compliance staff recruitment and replacements processes
  • Facilitate processing of evaluation for probation, regularization, promotions, and transfers
  • Ensure that employees take leave according to the policy of the organization and maintain and update leave record
  • Will be responsible for the management of other staff benefits like health, accident and life insurance provided by the organization to employees
  • Ensure that the HDF HR Policy is in place and being implemented
  • Will be responsible for all HRD needs of the organization
  • Prepare and implement Staff Development Plan
  • Will prepare and implement (after approval of CEO) all SoPs for implementation of HRM and HRD policies of the organization.
  • He/she may be assigned any other duties by the supervisor from time to time.
