Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain employee records like personal folders (hard files) and other relevant documents as required by the organization and in compliance with organizational requirements
2. Facilitate in processing of recruitment, according to the HDF policies and procedures
3. Managed and collected employee information, ensuring completeness of employee files.
4. Utilize HR Information System (HRIS) like SAP Business one to input and manage employee data efficiently.
5. Played a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of employee records and databases, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR operations.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
7. Oversaw employee files to ensure all necessary documents were in place, demonstrating attention to detail and compliance adherence within HR protocols.
8. Coordinate HR-related meetings, training, and events, including preparing materials and logistical arrangements.
9. Develop an orientation plan for onboarding.
10. Collect new joiner’s documents and create files.
11. Assist in handling employee health claims and guide employees how to fill claim forms.
12. Contribute to the performance management process by tracking evaluations, setting timelines, and providing support during performance reviews.
13. Responsible for preparation of staff contracts, renewals
14. Ensure that exit procedure is followed as per HR Policy
15. Ensure that employees take leave according to the policy of the organization and maintain and update leave record
16. Communicate task to regional HR personnel
17. He/she may be assigned any other duties by the supervisor from time to time.
