You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, QuickBooks, and Excel, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input financial transactions into the company's accounting system.
- Ensure timely and precise recording of all financial activities.
- Manage and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks functionality.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize and analyze financial data.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various financial purposes.
- Prepare and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Work independently to manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and standards.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Proactively address financial issues and recommend solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience: Minimum Two Years Working Experience is required.
