- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as weapons training, training guards on carrying weapons, performing duties at locations, and wearing uniforms correctly. Preference will be given to ex-servicemen or individuals with relevant experience at the rank of Havaldar or Subedar.
