Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage regional staff to ensure high performance and development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and increase market share.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Oversee regional budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment on initiatives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in management roles, preferably in sales or operations.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
