Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Job Posting: Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates and clients after interviews to facilitate decision-making.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
