Position: Health, Safety and Training Administrator
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification: University degree in Business Administration or relevant major (preferred).
Experience:
Experience in the Mining/Heavy Engineering industries would be an advantage. Two (2) years of HS&T Admin experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience working within construction or resources is desirable.
Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability. Strong administration skills. Intermediate oral written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills, team building, and interpersonal skills. Effective time management to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support and data management, analyzing, and reporting safety and training KPIs, collating data for investigations, developing and updating target posters, managing monthly HS & Training KPI data, distributing action and event reports, maintaining personnel records, evaluating training activities, ensuring confidentiality, and educating personnel on training standards
