Qualification:
- Master’s degree will be preferred (Sociology/Rural Development/Social Sciences).
Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Requirement:
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transparent, trust-based stakeholder engagement
- Manage a stakeholder registry
- Implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- Handle grievances
- Manage community development projects
- Conduct monitoring activities
- Support local supplier development and assist in training and compliance with social targets.
