- Run the machine according to Running Machine Instructions and Machine Security Instructions, act in accordance with Failure Maintenance Instructions in case of a failure
- Make necessary warnings to the raw material handling worker in order to get the raw material and its spares near to the machine
- Keep Production Down Time Form, Raw Material Consumption Form, Daily Production and Stock Form and Machine Scrap Forms regularly, properly and clearly
- As a team supervisor get routine work (cleaning, packaging 1st and 2nd choice products etc.)
- Measure the Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) material according to SAP Measurement Instructions and write down the results on SAP Control Form
- Execute the cleaning of machines according to the relevant form, send the form to the shift supervisor
- Report any injury, accident or incident at work to the Shift Supervisor
- Report hazards to the Shift Supervisor and inform colleagues about the hazards
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Associate Engineering
- 2 year experience as an operator
- Intermediate English
Job complexity and challenges
- Execute production according to the production plan sent from Shift Supervisor/Manufacturing Manager/Plant Manager, ensure proper product based on the technical drawings and specs
- Follow 1st Operator's instruction
- Run the machine under his responsibility in line with productivity, quality and scrap targets
