HRSG Outsourcing is actively looking for a competent & qualified LMP Associate for one of our clients in the e-commerce industry.
The Operations Last Mile Partner Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of last mile operations for our company. This includes coordinating with various partners and stakeholders to ensure efficient transportation and on-time delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely finance deposits are done by LMP partners.
- Manage bi-monthly invoicing for their respective cities.
- Coordinate with the customer service department to resolve all LMP related issues from their end, to ensure the excellent customer experience.
- Monitor & amalgamate daily/weekly/monthly performance management & communicate to the relevant parties.
- Requirement: Minimum bachelor's graduate from a reputable university with at least 6 months to 1 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Must be proficient in advanced excel, data analysis, fleet management, Vendor Management, Logistics Management, and Financial Reporting.
