Fresh, Energetic candidates or 01–02 Years of experience in customer service or stationery-related work.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Customer services
Greet and provide guidance to the customers related to their order requirement, order processing, back-order tracking and arrange the stocks of non-available products then inform the customer, manage bookfair.
Inter departmental coordination
Strong coordination with operations team (CSD/Distribution) for stock management, direct order processing, availability of non-available stocks, credit/return note of customers and resolve discrepancies. Coordination with admin team to support administrative tasks.
Stock Management – Ensure sufficient stocks are readily available at the location warehouse. Raise the requirement through STO(stock transfer order) in consultation with sales team, ensure timely verification and entry of GRN(goods receipt note).
