As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Junior Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Manager with a background in management positions and experience working with Delivery Service Partners (DSP), particularly within the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate operational reports for management as needed. assuring all KPIs are on target for all the clients assigned to him/her, and in general making sure the company’s operations are running correctly.
  • Communicate with the client daily to handle any situations that might arise on the day to day operations.
  • Daily communication with all the agents and team leads on his team to make sure processes are being followed and quality is being achieved.
  • Put action plans in place to reach overall quality of all the services.
  • Supervise and manage internal processes related to company employees.
  • Send weekly reports on human resources processes, including updates on hiring, performance, and staff development.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the dispatch team to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate the team's workload, ensuring that all tasks are properly recorded on the productivity sheet.
  • Report and handle any relevant dispatch processes that may arise during daily operations.
  • Direct the recruitment and hiring process consistently and proactively for the client.

Requirements: 

  • DSP experience, or experience in logistics in the US.
  • Human resources experience and payroll Software (ADP, PAYCOM, OTHERS).
  • Ability to generate detailed reports and analyze data related to personnel.
  • Previous experience in coordinating operational teams, preferably in dispatch or logistics environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in active and passive recruitment through various channels, including text messages, and recruiting websites (Indeed, Rozee).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assess candidate cultural fit and skills.
  • English B2 minimum.
  • 3 yrs management experience.
  • 3 yrs DSP Clients experience.
