Digilatics is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and excellence. This role demands a proactive professional who excels at blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in raising hiring standards, managing employee relations, and collaborating closely with leadership to drive organizational growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding, and integrating new employees.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to team leads and department heads, going beyond administrative duties to influence people strategy.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies that comply with Pakistani labor laws and align with Digilatics’ operational standards.
- Lead employee relations with a coaching-first, resolution-focused mindset, handling disciplinary matters fairly and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Design and manage performance management and appraisal cycles, including setting and tracking OKRs in collaboration with team leads.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and well-being programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate learning and development efforts that support career growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring timely issuance of employment documents such as offer letters, salary slips, and tax certificates.
- Collaborate across departments to proactively resolve people-related operational issues.
- Monitor and report HR metrics—including headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement scores—to leadership monthly.
- Build and maintain Digilatics’ employer brand presence on LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
- Make independent day-to-day HR decisions within policy, compliance, and cultural standards.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable, people-first HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Lead structured onboarding programs and quarterly people reviews to assess team health and recommend interventions.
- Identify and address morale issues, process improvements, policy gaps, and compensation benchmarking proactively.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years in senior HR roles, preferably within digital agencies or technology environments.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; M.Phil or Ph.D. preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and modern recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Meet, Drive) for daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor law, HR compliance, and documentation standards.
- Proven ability to manage conflict, lead difficult conversations, and drive resolution independently.
- Confidence in challenging poor hiring decisions and holding management accountable.
- Experience working with US-based or cross-timezone leadership teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in emotional intelligence-led leadership, coaching, conflict de-escalation, and mediation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR projects without compromising quality.

- Competitive salary range of Rs200,000 to Rs300,000 per month.
