Duties & Responsibilities:
- Online bidding expert on Upwork (Designing, Digital marketing, Illustration, etc. project preferred).
- Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
- Lead generation that results in sales from.
- Daily communication with clients.
- Maintain a very high rating on Upwork. This is very important for us.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.
Requirements:
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proactive in embracing new challenges.
- Creating targeted leads up to $3 - $10k.
- Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
- Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
- Proven track record of sales target achievement in Digital Marketing, IT Industry Brand, Design Web, Apps, etc.
- Having prior experience of selling CMS web projects would be preferable.
Other Details:
Experience: 1+ years
Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 9 pm-6 am (NIGHT SHIFT)
