We are seeking a talented and creative Story Developer to craft engaging, educational, and age-appropriate stories for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to create content that captivates and educates young readers.

Story Creation: Develop original stories that are age-appropriate, engaging, and educational for children aged 5-16.

Educational Integration: Seamlessly integrate educational concepts and learning objectives into engaging narratives.

Diverse Perspectives: Create stories that reflect diverse cultures, experiences, and viewpoints to foster inclusivity and empathy.

Character Development: Develop relatable and compelling characters that children can connect with and learn from.

Interactive Elements: Incorporate interactive elements, such as questions, activities, and multimedia, to enhance the storytelling experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and other team members to ensure stories align with educational goals and standards.

Research: Stay informed about current trends in children's literature, educational methodologies, and developmental psychology to inform story creation.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from educators, parents, and children to continuously improve story quality.

Project Management: Manage multiple story development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Content Review: Review and revise existing stories to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in writing for children
  • Experience in educational content creation is a plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, strong understanding of child development, and the ability to write engaging, age-appropriate content.
  • A genuine passion for children's literature and a commitment to creating stories that inspire and educate young minds.
