We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must excel in communication and demonstrate strong leadership to ensure smooth shipment processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily shipment operations.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and coordinate teams across departments.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports.
- Address and resolve shipment issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Must have a background of the US and European market

Experience: 4-5 years
Days & Timings: Monday - Friday & Saturday (Half day), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
