This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation & Tendering position located in Muscat. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to estimation and tendering processes within the HVAC industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, BSE Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
HVAC quantity surveying, preferably in the GCC region.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and local construction practices.
Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Oman construction laws and regulations.
Membership in a relevant professional body (RICS) is preferred.

Other Details:

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Anywhere from Pakistan and India (Relocation to Oman)

Working Days/ Hours: Saturday to Thursday ( 8am to 5pm )
