We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Operations Manager to join our team.

Duties:

  • Ensure smooth Sales to Customer Support handoff and track key implementation project KPIs to ensure customers have a smooth onboarding process
  • Track Customer Support health scores and analyze support ticket patterns to identify areas ofimprovement and key corrective actions
  • Analyze feature requests from clients to inform the product roadmap.
  • Generate regular reports on key customer operational metrics
  • Analyze ticket and call volume alongside capacity models to inform future hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and finance, to align on requirements for key projects and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Quickly ramp up on various tools and processes to effectively support customer operations.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or similar roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and business intelligence software.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work remotely with a schedule that overlaps North American hours.
