Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations and staff.
- Manage medication inventory and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs.
- Guide medication selection and counsel patients for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians on medication-related decisions.
Requirements & Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and licensure.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience as Manager in a hospital or healthcare system.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a pharmacy team.
- Strong knowledge of medication uses optimization and adherence to best practices
