Business Development Intern

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and excellent communication abilities. This role will focus on enhancing HR processes, conducting research, and improving client and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management: Utilize MS Excel to manage, analyze, and report on data relevant to business operations.
HR Support: Collaborate with HR teams to support recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related activities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address their needs effectively.
Research: Conduct research to support business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for business processes, reports, and communication materials.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Education: Must have BBA Degree.
Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
