JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Generate leads by building good and professional relationships with clients.
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the companys services by addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience: 1 - 2 Years.
- Familiarity with IT skills especially with AWS Cloud, Web Development, Data, or Full Stack Development IT skills.
- The candidate should be able to upsell a resource/developer to the client with a resource augmentation model.
- Candidate should be able to draft contracts and manage and drive the relationships with clients.
- Candidate should be able to conduct and attend the meetings and be responsible for project sale win objective.
- Cold call or email experience for marketing.
- Upwork / Fiverr / LinkedIn Sales to drive the relationships and earn project sales.
- Able to work in Evening Shift.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be able to learn and adopt software development processes.
- Communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build reports.
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or other related fields.
OTHER DETAILS
Experience: 1-2 years
Timings: Preferred evening timings - 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (there will be a bonus if someone joins within this time)
