JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Generate leads by building good and professional relationships with clients.

  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

  • Promote the company services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience: 1 - 2 Years.

  • Familiarity with IT skills especially with AWS Cloud, Web Development, Data, or Full Stack Development IT skills.

  • The candidate should be able to upsell a resource/developer to the client with a resource augmentation model.

  • Candidate should be able to draft contracts and manage and drive the relationships with clients.

  • Candidate should be able to conduct and attend the meetings and be responsible for project sale win objective.

  • Cold call or email experience for marketing.

  • Upwork / Fiverr / LinkedIn Sales to drive the relationships and earn project sales.

  • Able to work in Evening Shift.

  • Time management and planning skills.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Must be able to learn and adopt software development processes.

  • Communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build reports.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or other related fields.

OTHER DETAILS

Experience: 1-2 years

Timings: Preferred evening timings - 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (there will be a bonus if someone joins within this time)
