HR & Supervisor (Female)

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female HR Officer to join our team in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coordination of teachers to ensure the smooth operation of our online Quran classes. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with both staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire teacher recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Oversee the onboarding process by providing necessary training and maintaining continuous communication with teaching staff. Maintain accurate HR records such as staff information and salary sheets. Monitor teacher attendance and performance to uphold quality standards. Address staff queries and concerns professionally and promptly. Coordinate effectively with teachers and parents to ensure seamless online Quran class operations.

Required Qualifications
The candidate must be female and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Strong English communication skills are essential. Basic Islamic knowledge is required to align with the nature of the organization. The role requires flexibility to work evening or night shifts. The candidate should be equipped to work remotely with a laptop and a stable internet connection. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with Hafiza or Tajweed certification will be given preference. Previous experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous, as is experience within the education sector. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Working fully remotely provides flexibility and convenience.
