HR & Supervisor (Female)

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female HR Officer to join our fully remote team at an online Quran academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of teachers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Conduct teacher training sessions and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles. Maintain accurate HR records and staff data to support effective personnel management. Prepare and update salary sheets for all employees regularly. Monitor teacher performance and attendance to maintain high-quality standards. Address staff queries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with teachers and parents to facilitate seamless online Quran class operations.

Required Qualifications
This position is open to female candidates only. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required. Candidates must have good command of English, both spoken and written. Basic Islamic knowledge is mandatory, along with completion of either Hafiz-e-Qur’an or a Tajweed course. Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred. The ability to work evening or night shifts is essential. Candidates must have access to a laptop and a stable internet connection. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
