HR Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role operates during the night shift and focuses primarily on managing recruitment for the US market, overseeing onboarding processes, ensuring HR compliance, maintaining employee records, generating reports, and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or talent acquisition, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver regular HR reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Support various HR operations and initiatives as needed to improve overall department effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to international recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in night shifts or flexible hours is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range between 100,000 and 200,000 PKR, commensurate with experience and skills.
