We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Specialist with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills combined with a data-driven approach, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and key stakeholders. This role demands a practical mindset to manage HR processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Oversee performance management cycles by facilitating goal setting, evaluations, reviews, and calibration sessions.
- Support Organizational Development initiatives that align with the company’s business and people strategies.
- Plan and contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored HR support.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze employee and recruitment data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with various HR projects and process improvement efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all HR activities while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and process orientation.
