We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, and people management, particularly within the retail or luxury sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels, including frontline, sales, corporate, and managerial roles. This role requires a proactive and hands-on leader who can oversee workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating payroll, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for retail, sales, frontline, corporate, and managerial positions, ensuring efficient and quality hiring processes.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to forecast workforce needs, manage headcount, and address staffing requirements across multiple locations.
- Oversee onboarding, training programs, employee development initiatives, and retention strategies to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally, including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Administer performance management processes, including probation reviews, appraisals, constructive feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.
- Support employee engagement activities, career development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness, and retention rates.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and workforce insights for senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management, providing timely and practical HR solutions.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and people management.
- Demonstrated success in the retail or luxury industry is essential.
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline, sales, retail, corporate, and managerial roles.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development.
- Proven ability in training, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Skilled in workforce planning, headcount management, and manpower planning across multi-location retail environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and department heads on workforce and employee matters.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This role requires working six days a week and is based on-site at the company’s location. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs250,000 to Rs300,000.
