Sharp Brains, a global IT services company with operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, is looking for a motivated and organized HR Manager to lead its expanding team in Pakistan. This role requires close collaboration with the global HR operations team and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all people-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. This position combines hands-on HR operations with strategic planning to support a diverse, international workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles, including engineers, coordinators, and support staff. Manage onboarding processes, orientation sessions, and employee documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance tracking, and leave management for local and international projects. Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal HR policies. Drive performance management initiatives such as appraisals and professional development programs. Act as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and general HR support. Plan and implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Collaborate with management on manpower planning, workforce analytics, and optimizing organizational structure. Recommend and implement modern HR tools, including HRMS, time tracking, and digital onboarding systems.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within IT services, technology, or operations sectors. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, recruitment processes, and performance management frameworks. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and leadership capabilities. Proficiency with HR platforms such as Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
