Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & HR Systems: Oversee the daily management of SAP SuccessFactors and local HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring employee records, organizational structures, and reporting lines are accurately maintained. Provide first-level support to employees and managers for HR systems and self-service functions. Conduct regular audits and data cleanup to uphold data integrity and confidentiality.
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee documentation throughout all employment stages, including hiring, onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Coordinate new employee orientation to facilitate smooth integration. Ensure secure and compliant storage of HR records, policies, and documentation. Provide advanced administrative support across various HR functions and projects.
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance: Support monthly payroll processes by validating employee data and resolving discrepancies. Accurately maintain attendance and timekeeping records. Prepare HR and payroll reports for operational and management purposes. Administer employee benefits programs such as medical and life insurance, including claims processing, enrollments, and renewals. Handle statutory benefits like Social Security and EOBI. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
Employee Support & Relations: Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures. Support employee relations activities and escalate complex issues when necessary. Promote a positive, safe, and engaging workplace culture.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports using SAP SuccessFactors, DECIBEL, and other tools. Develop ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making and business needs. Deliver accurate HR data to leadership and management stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Collaboration: Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of regional and global HR processes. Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency within HR services. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and other HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with local and regional HR teams to meet business and HR objectives.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. Adhere to data privacy, information security, and record management requirements.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree with a background in Human Resources is essential.
