We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role encompasses managing a variety of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth execution of HR activities, fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment. The position requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and involves occasional travel as part of the job responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Post job openings across multiple platforms and job portals to attract qualified candidates. Evaluate candidate qualifications thoroughly to ensure timely and appropriate placement.
Maintain and update employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and the implementation of HR policies. Support various HR programs including training sessions, employee welfare activities, and other related projects. Address employee queries and concerns promptly to help maintain a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between six months to one year of experience in HR or recruitment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and HR software/tools is required. The ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is important. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills are necessary. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude is highly valued.
