We are looking for a skilled HR Executive with solid experience in the BPO/Call Center industry to oversee HR operations and support our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and payroll coordination within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role demands strong collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient HR processes and contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle tailored to the BPO sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large volumes of candidates. Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and maintain comprehensive HR records. Handle employee scheduling, shift allocation, and workforce planning in alignment with BPO operational needs. Address employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and performance management issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate closely with Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Operations teams to resolve HR-related concerns and support business objectives. Generate HR reports, maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws, and utilize MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management systems to streamline HR workflows. Exhibit proactivity and strong organizational skills to independently manage HR responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience within a BPO or Call Center environment is essential. Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment specific to the BPO industry is required. Strong knowledge of BPO hiring processes, attendance tracking, shift management, and workforce planning is necessary. Experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance issues in a BPO context is expected. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective interaction with multiple stakeholders. The candidate must be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management software is mandatory. The role requires a proactive, organized individual capable of independently managing HR functions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with prior BPO/Call Center HR experience; applications lacking this background will not be considered. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad at Mars Capital, Block A, Business Square, Gulberg Greens. The role involves working night shifts. The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate to Islamabad before joining.
