HR & Academic Supervisor – Live Quran Lessons

Live Quran Lessons is looking for committed and responsible professionals to join our team as HR & Academic Supervisors. This full-time remote role requires individuals with a strong Islamic educational background, excellent communication, and management skills. The position involves managing both human resource functions and academic oversight to ensure the smooth operation of our online Quran academy. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Saturday for nine hours daily.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:
Conduct candidate screening and interviews to identify suitable applicants. Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding efficiently. Coordinate regularly with employees and perform follow-ups to address any concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records to support organizational needs.

Academic Supervisor Responsibilities:
Monitor teachers and classes to ensure high educational standards are consistently met. Uphold class quality and discipline, providing constructive feedback and support to teaching staff. Track attendance, punctuality, and overall performance of both staff and students to maintain accountability.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have an Islamic education or relevant Islamic qualifications. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of teaching experience along with recognized Islamic certifications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must have access to a laptop with a stable internet connection and electricity backup. Availability to work Monday through Saturday is required. The maximum age limit is 30 years, with preference given to single candidates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in HR, recruitment, teaching, or supervisory roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with online Quran academies will be considered an advantage. The monthly salary ranges from Rs28,000 to Rs30,000. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within the specified working days.
