The General Manager will leverage their extensive leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise gained during their military career to oversee and optimize various aspects of our organization's operations. This role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive success in a civilian context.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership: 

  • Provide strong leadership to the organization, mentoring and guiding staff.
  • Build and maintain high-performance teams focused on achieving goals.

Operational Management:

  •  Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements as needed.

Financial Management: 

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure financial sustainability and growth of the organization.

Stakeholder Relations:

  •  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

Risk Management: 

  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization's success.
  • Implement measures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Decision-Making: 

  • Make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Retired Colonel with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
  • Colonel Retired is only Preferable for this job and can apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizational management and team leadership.
  • Ability to adapt military skills and principles to a civilian context.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: ₹200,000 per month
  • Fuel Allowance: ₹20,000 per month for personal use
  • Company Car: A well-maintained car will be provided for both official and personal use
