Horizon Technologies is looking to hire a creative, strategic and dynamic individual to join our team as the Digital Marketer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Utilize Constant Contact CRM for effective email marketing campaigns, including designing, sending, and analyzing performance.
- Create, monitor, and optimize social media ads and manage social media accounts to increase engagement and drive traffic.
- Conduct SEO research and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Develop and execute YouTube ad campaigns, including video creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Designing and creating engaging YouTube videos, including whiteboard and animated videos is a plus!
- Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, compelling content that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Manage budget allocations for various campaigns and ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Constant Contact CRM for email marketing.
- Expertise in running Google Ads, social media ads, and managing social media platforms.
- SEO principles and best practices are a plus.
- Experience with YouTube ads and video creation, including whiteboard and animated videos is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
