Sales Assistant

Horizon Properties & Builders is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting the sales process by providing detailed product knowledge to potential clients. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales or a related field and demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and assist them throughout their buying journey. As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the sales team but will not have team management responsibilities. The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting sales performance by maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's property offerings. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, preparing sales materials, and assisting with administrative tasks related to sales operations. This position requires a proactive approach to learning and applying product knowledge while ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
Provide accurate and detailed information about Horizon Properties & Builders' products and services.
Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and product displays.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product features, inventory, and sales promotions.
Answer customer inquiries both in-person and via telephone or email in a timely manner.
Assist in managing sales records and documentation to ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Identify customer needs and advise on the best property options available.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor or property viewing areas.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
