The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, policy-making, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with leadership to foster a positive work environment, establish HR best practices, and ensure operational excellence across various HR functions. This is a key strategic role, pivotal in supporting the growth of our sales, marketing, and expansion teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles within sales, marketing, and expansion teams, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.

  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.

  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives, foster a positive and inclusive work culture, and address employee concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Hierarchy & Organizational Structure: Establish and manage a clear and effective hierarchy structure, contributing to organizational efficiency and seamless operations.

  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management systems, including regular performance reviews, feedback processes, and developmental initiatives to enhance team productivity.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local and international labor laws, managing grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely and fair manner.

  • Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee payroll processing, HR record maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance and HR support to management teams, helping to drive overall business objectives through effective people management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a call center or software house environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR policy development, employee relations, and team hierarchy management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Based in or willing to commute to SA Gardens, Kala Shah Kaku, Pakistan.
