Hope Care Welfare Foundation is seeking dedicated Doctors to provide exceptional medical care and community health services. The ideal candidate holds an MBBS degree from a PM&DC-recognized institution, possesses a valid PM&DC registration and license, and has completed a one-year house job for full medical practice eligibility. These professionals deliver high-quality clinical diagnosis, patient care, and emergency response services while contributing to medical camps and outreach activities. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a compassionate approach to work effectively with vulnerable communities and multidisciplinary teams. Doctors at Hope Care Welfare Foundation play a crucial role in advancing healthcare access and quality for underserved populations. They conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure continuous monitoring and follow-up. Participation in community health initiatives and medical camps forms a significant part of their responsibilities. Although this position does not involve team management, collaboration with NGO teams and health workers is essential to accomplish shared healthcare goals and humanitarian missions.
Responsibilities

Conduct patient examinations and perform accurate clinical diagnoses based on symptoms and medical history.
Provide effective treatment plans and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Respond promptly and proficiently to emergency medical situations.
Participate actively in health camps, community outreach, and humanitarian healthcare activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
Collaborate closely with NGO teams and healthcare professionals to improve service delivery to vulnerable communities.
Educate patients and communities about disease prevention, health promotion, and medication adherence.
Adhere to medical ethics, policies, and standards defined by PM&DC and the Foundation.
Ensure compliance with required medical licensing, registration, and documentation at all times.
Stay informed about advancements in medical practice and continuously update clinical knowledge and skills.
