- Coordinate with customs clearance agents, freight forwarders, and other relevant agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all import/export documents.
- Track shipments and monitor the status of cargo clearance.
- Resolve any issues related to cargo delays, discrepancies, or regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and trade policies.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management regarding cargo clearance activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
