The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing courier coordination, handling return and undelivered orders, addressing incomplete addresses, and minimizing our return ratio. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Manage return and undelivered orders efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incomplete addresses and liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for successful delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with courier points of contact to resolve delivery issues and streamline processes.
  • Analyze return data and identify trends to implement strategies for minimizing return ratio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to optimize delivery processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Experience with courier coordination and logistics management is a plus.
