Amazon Supply Chain & Wholesale Brand Specialist

Hollywood Traders is seeking an Amazon Supply Chain & Wholesale Brand Specialist to support and enhance our wholesale sourcing and supply chain operations. This role focuses on sourcing and onboarding wholesale brands, building strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring smooth coordination of inventory, purchasing, and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in Amazon wholesaling and supply chain management, demonstrating a keen understanding of Amazon Seller Central and wholesale negotiation techniques. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier outreach and collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet demand and inventory objectives. In this role, the specialist plays a critical part in researching profitable wholesale products for the Amazon marketplace and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities, including inventory forecasting and replenishment. The role is designed for an individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is motivated to drive growth through efficient wholesale sourcing and inventory management. Candidates should be adept at working cross-functionally with purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment teams and capable of coordinating fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) procedures to ensure on-time order delivery and stock availability.
Responsibilities

Source and onboard new wholesale brands and distributors to expand product offerings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers.
Request and analyze price lists, product catalogs, and set up wholesale accounts with suppliers.
Conduct supplier outreach through email and phone communications to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
Research and identify profitable wholesale products suitable for the Amazon marketplace.
Coordinate inventory management, purchasing schedules, and overall supply chain operations.
Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, purchasing, and fulfillment to ensure efficient order processing.
Manage inventory forecasting, planning, and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Support Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations by ensuring accurate inventory records and timely shipment of products.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to adjust inventory levels and supplier engagement accordingly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Amazon requirements throughout the supply chain process.
