Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and the technical expertise needed to transform raw footage into engaging, polished video content. You will work closely with our production and creative teams to produce videos that align with our brand and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing video content
Collaborate with producers, directors, and the creative team to determine the video’s vision and objectives
Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, sound effects, and music to enhance the final product
Review scripts, shot lists, and storyboards to guide the editing process
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals
Apply color grading and audio mixing for a professional-quality finish
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling techniques
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with sound design, color correction, and audio editing
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Experience with a variety of video formats, styles, and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and production processes
